Interview Process
The interview process at Heritage is very personal and straightforward. Firstly, you will come in and meet us, having been screened on the telephone. If you are interested in being put forward for a particular vacancy and we feel you meet the requirements of our client, an interview will be arranged. We will then send you the Job Description and any other information we have on our client, plus we will give you their website address as we expect you to do some research. Prior to your interview (time permitting) we ask that you pop into see us for 15-20 minutes to do a pre-interview. This has proved invaluable in preparing candidates with respect to questions/answers to questions, company knowledge etc. Following your interview we ask that you call us with feedback. We then get feedback from our client and pass this on to you.
We liaise with our clients regarding the interview process. You do not deal with them at all at this stage. Feedback, whether positive or negative will be passed on to you as even negative feedback can be constructive – if you are going wrong at interview, you need to know where you are going wrong.
We give you advice on –
- What to wear to interview
- Questions to ask the client
- The content of your CV
- Body language
We are here to place people in jobs, not just send people on interview, so we will do all we can to make the interview process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
The relationship we build with you is a two-way thing – it is a partnership.
We look forward to working with you.
